you'll need EF Gli door trims, they're the only ones that have all 4 manual winders.
not sure on whats needed to actually make em fit though, most likely something to the rod for the door handle.

i think ef/el fairmont door trims roughly cost $60 each down here in bendigo so the gli ones shouldnt be too badly priced each. wouldnt you use the handle rods from an ef?
also reded since the ef's dont have door lock buttons except the drivers door, you'll have to take off the door lock rods, easy to do. i think this is correct or is it only el's that have just one door lock button on the door trims?

ef's have 2 door snipper buttons, el's only have one.

also for the rear, there are little brackets that are on the rear doors which the handle part of the door trims screws to. you will need those as well from the wreckers

What do you do with the lock buttons that you dont need anymore? Do they work okay if you just remove the button?

I had ef trims in my ED i just ripped off the lock buttons and had no problems with anything

The trims actually fit great and suited the car well, only thing is that rod was a ba$tard to persuade into the right shape!
Here are some pics for you
im actually considering putting EF trims in my EB aswell

you will also need this wiring diagram for the power mirrors

Hope this helps

You've got EF seats as well. Did you modify the floor pan?

ELII has only has the drivers lock button, EFI/EFII and ELI have both driver and front passenger.
Getting rid of the front left one one is good, stops the passenger from hitting the lock when they put their elbow on the top of the door trim.

Make sure you dont get the EF trims that have the screws in the different location, they had them on the side of the trim, rather on the face of the trim like in EA-ED and EL.

I had EF seats for a couple days people were recomending to make a bracket for the back but i just did a dodgy install then decided it was to dodgy so i ended up just getting rid of the seats altogether (go the sheepskin seat covers : )

this is the part that needs modifying at the rear it sits about 10cm from the floor, i do not recomend you put a tube there though thats just plain stupid, make a proper bracket for it, if i had of been in an accident during the time i had them installed it wouldnt have been pretty

here is a little comparo between ED gli and EF gli seats

it is a good conversion to do but dont take the dodgy way out, if i end up doing it to my wagon im welding the ef bracket to my floor.(or figuring out something that will last in an accident)

Once again do not copy my dodgy pipe/bracket thing!
