Default 9.43 pb

not a big improvement, but a pb still, 9.433 @146.38mph 116mph to half track, 6.066, 1.42 60ft.

had a bit of a scare first run, got coolint on my driver side tire, almost at the end of the quarter, and sent me towards the wall, but got out of it with no dints and still on its wheels, she still managed a 9.6 @135.
all experience.

David

Great result Dave, does the car feel like it wants any more power yet or are you still perfecting the setup?

8's seem a long way off but judging from your constant improvements it will happen quicker than you think!

Well done.

thanks, yeh a bit more boost, the power is getting harder to find, less gain for the boost, she pushes a bit of coolint out, so it will be lifting the head a bit, but i will retenion the head, but if it is still tight, i might have to pull it off, and seal around the water jackets with something, its not hurting power, still got some power tricks to play with and i can also change to methonal at this level, because the car is now driving down the track, like it is a 12 second run,(except when the coolint comes out lol) so i just have to lift power i hope.

thanks Chris, we will catch up during the week. might have to throw big brother in it(with a KB on it of cource) and see what happens.?????
after i run an 8 in this.

Almost time to fit a 3 bar map sensor and do a weeks worth of tuning to get it sorted.

Good to hear you are progressing and building confidence in it.

I bet if you jump in a 10 sec car it will feel like a Sunday drive.

You're the man.

I don't know what is happening in NSW, a lot of guys talking about running big setups but we are not seeing any real numbers.
