Hey,
I'm currently completing a Uni assignment for my management class about international business and moving the manufacturing section of a company over sea's to either China or India. Ive got all the information i need apart from average wages in both countries, in the particular field of Toy manufacturing. If anyone has this information it would be a real help if you could either PM me with the figues or post up a link so i can view the information on a web page. The assignment is due on friday the 12th and this is the last piece of information i need. Thanks Paul |

here's an interesting fact ive pulled from the sites, in China a manufacture will work 80.5 hours in a week and earn $43.39 for one week.
So they earn about 10% of say the average Australian wage, and work twice as long. Not cool! |

I'm not a big fan of those figures where they say people work X hours and earn 50 dollars in a week. It doesnt take into account their standard of living.
eg. We earn say... 400 a week but a Big Mac costs 3.50 say. Over there, they earn 50 a week but a Big Mac for them might only cost 50c. Don't look too bad now does it?
