Default Help with removing subwoofer from rear parcel shelf

Hi
AUII Fairmong Ghia I have to remove the subwoofer from the rear parcel shelf .As anyone got any advice on doing this.Is it an easy job any help would be appreciated.

Hi Fersantos,

1. Remove any baby bolts on the parcel shelf.
2. Fold down the back seats.
3. Pull the plastic plugs out the sides of the parcel shelf trim where the seats were.
4. Pull the parcel shelf trim inwards and out of the plastic pillar trim covers.
5. Lift the parcel shelf trim and get to the bolts holding in the subwoofer.
6. Undo them, unplug the sub and lift it out.

OR just pull the plugs out the front of the trim then push it UP so you can fit your hand in to retrieve the subwoofer/undo the bolts

voila one less subwoofer.. dont forget to unplug it before you try pulling it out haha!

Blackers, that's exactly what I did the first time I took it out. It hurt my hands though, scratched them up well from memory.

I think there's also maybe two plugs on top of the parcel shelf as well.
