Default Ford Careers: Graduate program

I am currently completing year 12, and am looking at either after Uni or yr12 to try and get into one of Ford's career programs. There is options to try at both stages, but i just wondered if anyone has applied before and there experiences with it...

Thanks!

The graduate program requires you to have finished Uni (and not be out in the workforce for 5 years).

There is also the Co-operative placement where you would work there for a year, but you need to be doing a relevant degree to be eligible.

As for experiences, it will differ in terms of where you are and what your doing. But in the end you will get out what you put in.
