Default Trouble logging out

When i try and log out, it goes to the screen saying cookies cleared, then when going back to the forum it still says i'm logged in. This is only a problem because my brother wants to post. Any ideas?

I would delete log out

delete all cookies, clear cache and CTRL F5 that screen

Download CCleaner, its a freeware program that deletes cahce and temp files and helps clean your hard drive
