Default Sunroof service

Hi guys and girls,

The NL Farlaine I have brought has a sunroof which the guy I brought it off said doesn't work. The first time I tried it, the sunroof didn't move but I could hear a solenoid clicking under the rood lining. I tried it again and it works!!!!! The sunroof runners are quite dirty and as far as I know, in a sunroof service, they clean and lubricate the runners and ensure the drain pipes are clear. What would I use to clean and lubricate the runners????? Would brake or a carby cleaner work without damaging the plastic runners???

Thanks in advance,

Greg.
