Default Any one seen the blue el around cronulla??

Hey just wondering if anyone knows who owns the blue el with the number plate reading JAY sumthing . I saw it today and it looks like an awesome car .ive never seen it around before . If know ones seen it has any1 head anything about it ????

nah just saw it at the lights on the way home it was preety kool but was dark blue had the bonnet vent in the middle (guessin it wasnt a shaker cos it wasnt stickin out ) was lowered to the max with rims . Didnt get to see much of it really but the bonnet looked different for some reason as it looked like it came down over the headlights abit but i could be wrong as he was in a bit of a hurry so i didnt see much hahah
