Default LW Focus Headlight Upgrade and HID Issue

Hi All,

just upping some pics. Got some new RHD Focus Headlamps with Projector Lenses and DRL's. Loving them they look fantastic. I also want to perform a HID upgrade on these units. Ive bought 2 units off ebay, a $39, cheapie non Canbus and a $59, Canbus kit. Both HID's come on for a few seconds and then the dipped beam fault appears and they extinguish.

Has anyone purchased any HID kits and installed them successfully in a 2011 Focus.
