maybe its something to do with your usage patterns?

I'm not having any issues getting to the maps, they introduced various licences/accounts ages ago.

i'm still able to get to maps without signing in etc.

They changed the proxy here at work that we use and nearmap now recognises it as a corporate proxy (rightly) so it offers the packages and we can't log in anymore. Haven't tried it at home, but how are you connecting up to nearmap?

You might be looking at an old low res image (see the dateline at the top right of the map)

The the high res ones are way better than anything Google has to offer, and more frequently updated.

Yeah it's very iffy, some parts of Wagga were done last month, but other parts of the city are still back in 2010.

Despite the slight spelling typo you got it right... this lobbed in my Email today.....

Wagga Wagga Flood

This month Mother Nature showed us her beauty once again with flooding of many areas along the east coast of Australia.
One of our long-time customers, City of Wagga Wagga, again expected to be inundated with water as they had been in December 2010 and asked that we capture our High Resolution PhotoMaps for them once again.

After receiving a call on Monday the 5th of March, we arranged to have two planes up and flying less than 36 hours later when the Murrumbidgee River was expected to peak.
It took both planes a full day of flying each to capture the 660km2 at 3cm resolution.

Achieving a great result for Wagga Wagga in only 12 days, our team had published the high resolution PhotoMaps to our website and the City of Wagga Wagga were able to plan and manage the extent of the damage.
