My EF has cloudy headlights. Has the lens discoloured, or is there grime on the inside of the lens?

Theres a tutorial floating around somewhere... There yellow right?
Basically its a matter of masking the area and using some fine wet and dry, then after that very fine wet and dry, then polishing it, then using scratchX |

its uv damage mate,
you need to sand that off with some 1200 wet/dry paper(making sure to keep the lens wet as you sand), then polish the lights up again...... i dont know what polishes are available to the public, but we use an available to industry only polish |
