The St Arnaud Speed Trials are on Sat March 3rd- Sun March 4th at St Arnaud Aerodrome. Run by the St Arnaud Speed Trials Car Club, it is a 2 day speed event consiting of 1/4 mile runs. There's quite a few different classes, but car has to be road registered or CAMS logbooked..........
We have been approached to see if we are interested in putting on a club display as the marqe club....... Cost - $75 as a competitor for the 2 days, spectators are $15 per day. Entries close on February 23rd February. Screaming Jets are playing at the 'local' on Saturday night. Check out here for more info. Anyone interested? I'm contemplating taking the werribee tan rocket there....... it's logbooked so I can come and play...... They say any car that does under 14 seconds will run by themselves.... over 14 sec and they will run 2 cars as there is plenty of room.... looks like I won't be running all on my lonesome down the strip...................... :eclipsee_

Another study found Australians drink, on average, 22 gallons of alcohol a year. That means, on average, Australians get about 41 miles to the gallon. Kind of makes you proud to be an aussie. |
