Default Air Con for cortina

Just wondering if anyone has fitted air to their corty (mines a TE), aftermarket or factory system. I want aircon in mine but it was not fitted from factory.

i have it i think...
but the guy befor me ripped all the heater box and everything out so i take it it just blows air now
ill get a flick of the engine bay if it helps

yeah that thing next to my air cleaner is the fan....then below it to the left its got the hoses running...
like i said im not to sure it all works as this used to be a drag type car

xdemon.. whats in the pic is just a regular heater box.. not a air con @ all.

this is a Aircon Unit.. came with my GS Rally Edition corty (ghia trim n everything)
(almost impossible to get to rear of engine coz its in the way.)


and this is just the standard heater box. as gitted to my GL

Well thanks for the help guys. I think I can pilfer all the engine bay parts i need from a TE I found at the wreckers with factory fitted air. Then I'll buy one of those new and improved underdash type things.

Air con is quite a nessesity in QLD
