Just wondering if anyone has fitted air to their corty (mines a TE), aftermarket or factory system. I want aircon in mine but it was not fitted from factory.

i have it i think...
but the guy befor me ripped all the heater box and everything out so i take it it just blows air now ill get a flick of the engine bay if it helps |

yeah that thing next to my air cleaner is the fan....then below it to the left its got the hoses running...
like i said im not to sure it all works as this used to be a drag type car |

xdemon.. whats in the pic is just a regular heater box.. not a air con @ all.
this is a Aircon Unit.. came with my GS Rally Edition corty (ghia trim n everything) (almost impossible to get to rear of engine coz its in the way.) and this is just the standard heater box. as gitted to my GL |

Well thanks for the help guys. I think I can pilfer all the engine bay parts i need from a TE I found at the wreckers with factory fitted air. Then I'll buy one of those new and improved underdash type things.
Air con is quite a nessesity in QLD |
