Is there anyway i can tell someone that thier inbox is full?

If you try to send a PM to them, you will get a window pop up that says that their inbox is full and the message won't send

They should get an email notification anyway (I guess if that is setup) stating that their Inbox is full too. ( i know I have a few times)
