Default Radiator hose...BANG

Haha, decided to plant the foot down yesterday whilst cruzing around town... all of a sudden water was spraying over my windscreen...

"Steve, did we hit a puddle?" asked my girlfriend as the warm presence of worry began to overtae my body.

"FFFFFUUUUUU*********!!!" i whispered as i pulled into a mates driveway.

anyways, turns out i split the top hose, daymn Ford were right whenthey said it needed replacing 6 months ago lol! :P. A welp, parts ordered through ole REPCo and the darling will be back on the road tomorrow.

Hey i got a quick question too, no one in the audio forum will help, i'm installing headrest monitors, they came with a signal BUS Amp, is this necessary for just playing DVD's? i would have thought it would be for a TV signal? thoughts anyone!!???!!!!

i thought that the AU's had a failsafe cooling mode where the computer starts shutting the cylinders down and puts you into limp mode, did this kick in at all and does it work?

I have had the auto go into limp home mode when too warm as the gearbox didn't like the excess heat ... EGAS engines don't shut cylinders down due to backfiring though ... so can't comment on the cylinder shutdown.
