Ok guys Venue is definately set for John Knight Park, and flyers have begun circulating. Eagle Hawk Rydges will be sponsoring the event, so accomodation may be available at discount prices. The day will start with a cruise from Eaglehawk around 9am to the venue, where we will then set up etc and have a picnic. The day is designed around a picnic day, so its BYO food and drink. There will be various clubs putting on a BBQ - which is another option. We will have our own section, around 200 spots by the sounds of it. We will have a $10 for members, $15 for other rego fee to cover trohpies and raffles etc. The Whole weekend will be awesome again, so for those who didnt come last year, make sure you get involved this year. Plans so far: Friday - Show/The ShortRouke Promotions show on the Friday Night is being confirmed at the same Venue as Last year, with the same girls. Sat - Dyno Day being negoiated for Peter Pullford's Dyno in Mitchell - at $30 per car Sat Night - Xmas Party Sun - Cruise/Show N Shine So be there... I will keep everyone informed on new developments

I dont think we will be allowing the cruise before the show n shine (for entrants) as that is going to put everything off, however i will get confirmation on this and let you guys know soon.

Hey Guys
If you guys dont get your info in the mail, let me know. I know Dave's name was in the mail out, but im not sure about anyone else. All the maps, Entrant forms, Invitations, Flyers, Categories are all available now. All venues for the Dyno Day and Friday Night show are booked. The Xmas party Venue is organised and menus are available from Shorty or Frances. Remember the show is with Marques in the Park this year, so if you have an old chevy or something hidden away, Including Motorbikes or trucks you can bring that down for that show (at the same venue). We will also have the simulator to keep us entertained.

Friday night show is locked and loaded!! Tickets will be available at the Newcastle dinner. $50 per guy, babes for nix. Limited tickets so get in early. Don't forget how often do you see a Penthouse Pet of the Year in the flesh, flesh, flesh etc.................. |

Hi all,
Just a quick update, the Statesman Hotel is offering a package for accomodation for the Friday and Saturday nights. $95 for single, double or twin per night. Just mention you're with the Ford club when booking. The Christmas dinner is booked at the same venue and will cost $25 pp. There will also be karioke on the night so tune up tonsils!
