Question telstar timing issue

hi,i have a 2.0ltr twin cam efi 97 telstar contour.How do i get the 2 camshaft and crank cog aligned.The belt was off and cogs moved.How can i move the cogs without damaging something.information much appreciated

I dont know the engine myself
this I remember
with the crank at TDC the rockers need to be sitting at the back of the cam of The number one cyl ie rocking or maximim clearence

one is supposed to mark both cams and the old belt before removal for this very problem you have

Is there no line marked on both cam sprockets ..if there is.. both should be straight up at the top while the pully crank is at TDC

If you belong to a breakdown service they may have advice for free or suggestions
a mechanic , ford service division , try to find a ford repair manual

there is an 'I' and 'E' stamped on the front of each cam pulley.Due to unfortunate circumstance cogs out of time.No marks done.Thanks anyway.

Default help me dirty hands

dirty hands please help i put my key in the ignition and it wont turn and jams in ignition of my tx5 telstar just started to do this today what should i do
