Is it just me or does the block look a little too close to the radiator? The CAI dosent line up either.
I think mate its time for something newer!

that waterpump will be munted.....
and i hope for your sake the impeller hasnt pierced the cylender behind it

get a new waterpump, theres no fixing that one, pull your old pump off and hopefully it hasnt done any other engine damage than that

nope, you remove the clutch fan from the front of the waterpump, then the waterpump bolts onto the front of the engone block.....theres no dismantling of the motor itself required

As for the clutch fan. It has one big bolt with a reverse thread. You'll need a big spanner with a long handle for leverage. I'd shove something in to stop the fan from spinning and try hard to get it loose. I know because I replaced my clutch fan a couple of weeks ago (It had a bent blade, due to a prang). It was ultratight but I got it in the end.

No worries anyway. I know a bit about this sort of stuff, because I actually lost a pulley for my waterpump belt today! It fell off somewhere. I got another at the wreckers, but it's got a noisy bearing, so It'll get me going again but I'll have to get a new one.
