That's a hard one for me , as I've always been a Forza man but also love the style and way Lambo has in recent year's lifted the style and execution of the brand, where as I personally believe Ferrari has rested on it's loyal's and been somewhat less engaged.
In saying that lambo for me, ahhh nope Forza, ahhh nope Lambo. God damn it, just give me one of each please... |

Neither, it would be a toss up between a Koenigsegg One:1 or a McLaren P1....

This is a tough one
I love Lamborghini and how futuristic their cars have all looked for their time, the shape and how the interiors look like they're modeled from a fighter jet. Also the sound that V10 makes is majestic: https://www.caradvice.com.au/831197/...an-evo-review/ Except I'm not much of a fan of naturally aspirated engines. Its a tough call between Lamborghini Huracan and Ferrari 488 GTB https://www.caradvice.com.au/361811/...88-gtb-review/ GTB wins out on whats under the hood - twin turbo 3.9L V8 engine, 493KW/760NM Huracan wins out on style and interior. So as a compromise I'm buying both Also since there's been non Ferrari/Lamborghini suggestions - my weekender would be this With this engine: https://www.chevrolet.com/performanc...t/lt4-wet-sump And this box behind it: https://www.chevrolet.com/performanc...ons/8l90-e-lt1 Last edited by Franco Cozzo; 27-06-2020 at 12:59 PM. |

Out of those 2 options, Ferrari for me.. no contest...
I'll take the 812 Superfast with that epic N/A V12...

The new Ferrari SF90 Stradale please. 0-200 in 6.7 seconds, car magazines were taking that long to hit 100km/h in our BA V8's.
Mind you, if I won the lottery I'd move to Germany and live 5 minutes out from the Autobahn. You can hardly enjoy performance cars in our broke and incompetent nanny states, so why bother giving the Government anything back in taxes and duties. https://www.motortrend.com/news/2021...look-pictures/

Seems Ferrari a tad in front.
And no Ford and Porsche etc aren't options!! Otherwise it would be an open choice but I think these 2 Italians are hard to pick from. |

I voted McLaren but back in the day it was a Lamborghini Countach poster on the bedroom wall. Showing my age here but if you have 4 mins to spare watch this, the opening scene of the Cannonball Run, worth it just for the engine noise;
Slightly off topic, the Cannonball record has recently been reset several times during these Covid low traffic conditions. Most recently the solo record by a guy using a rented Mustang Averaging a speed of 174 km/hr across almost 26hrs https://www.whichcar.com.au/news/sol...all-run-record

Ferrari's and Lamborghini's do very little for me, Supercars in general for that matter too.
I seem to answer all of these 'dream car' thread with the same response. Jaguar F-Type R or an Aston Martin DB9 and I would die a happy man.

I’ve been lucky enough to drive a Gallardo and it was amazing, but I’ve always been a bigger fan of Ferrari.
But I’d probably choose an Aston over both though. |

Ferrari any day.
Afyer Feruccio sold the company and the Diablo the soul went and it became a tacky fanboy car. No racing history either. |

Love the fight scene in that movie. Some great actors most now gone.
