Why mess around with trying to headlights from another car when you can still buy them from any Escort specialist? Where are you posting from? I'll let you know of the local contact in your state.

QUOTE] I would say the round 7 inch lights would be more common as they are the same as a lot of cars that ran 7inch round lights. What are the square ones dimensions as I have a set of square lights in my shed but not quiet sure on what they fit. |

they're not a universal square beam, they're an odd size which from what i can tell arent in anything else
try rare spares, or an escort specialist. even if you have to buy them from the UK where im sure they'd be more common, especially repro's, they wont need modifying as they're right hand drive too |

Square headlights are usually more expensive than round ones, so it may pay to do a roundheadlight conversion. The best option is to get a set of early Mk 2 buckets as they bolt straight in and you can get a wide variety of different beams (sealed or otherwise)....Obviously you have to track down a roundheadlight grille as well. |

the problem is 7" square isnt a usual replacement size.... they're a different style to the usual "replacement beam" lights anyway.
im positive they're a lucas part you're after... and they're quite hard to find. we were going to do a round light conversion to my nephews esky when he had it and we were going to use AU XR beams just because they're easy to find |
