I hope you sell it. However human nature being what it is I could see some people baulking at getting it from a dealer. If you have trouble selling it I would take it to any MS charity events they have and trying there. I bought my S80 at a Starlight auction, it's a car I never would have considered otherwise. People do strange things at charity auctions, I know! I paid $120k for an otherwise $90k car. But I feel good every time I drive it.

I'd consider a ticket if it was sold off like that if I wasn't just laid off.
Heck, saw a Mustang GT in the shops yesterday and stopped to have a look. Apparently they're giving away a HSV commodore or Shelby Mustang every second month, so long as you are signed up. I'd have considered that too! (Just checked the website, this month is a Shelby, looks like the prize changes each time) |

I like those odds - I'd be in that as well and donations can be claimed on tax

Sure, claim a deduction and keep your fingers crossed that you don't get called for an audit. As I stated before, if there is a chance to win something no deduction.
Good luck to the person who buys the car and that the money received helps to find a cure or help people who are suffering. |
