Yeah he smashed it into the wall on the front straight on the friday morning at powercruise last year. He is quite a nice bloke. However the car has a twin turbo 2J or something in it with a Supra 5spd, I think he is still using the good old Borgy though.
Here is a photo from powercruise drifting last year. You'll notice my car in the back ground, following (I don't have two turbos). |

What's the point in having a front on there if it's likely to be ripped off anyway? Judging by the first photo in this thread there won't be a rear bar on the thing soon either.
John you won't have to wait long and I will get you that video footage. Powercruise is only a week and a half away. It's looking like there will be a profesional photographer there to do photo's and video, being hired by me to concentrate soley on our E-Series cars. Gonna be awesome. |

Manual (if you dont already) > LSD/locked diff > Suspension (lowered/stiffer springs, shocks, swaybars or coilovers if money allows) > then go for some decent power. Driftings more in your suspension setup and your technique than going for outright power. |

I believe it's a 1JZ-GTE in that EA. well at least from what it sounds like it's a 1JZ. It's a shame about the suspension though. It loses a lot of drift ability (for QR at least) cos the springs/shocks are so soft.
Oh and as for needing power/etc for drifting should see my mate in his mums series 1 EB hahaha. bog stock auto with a single spinner and he can actually sway drift it :P although it does take quite high speeds at which to do it He now drives this though (20v 4A-GE now): http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a31...r/100_1636.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a31...r/100_1633.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a31...r/100_1634.jpg such a pig.

I think i have seen a few pictures and clips of the EA in action. The driver has good car control, especially for the sheer size of the car.
Anyone got anymore pics of it? (before it was crashed?)
