Default What clutch?

hey all..

it's that time in a cars life where the clutch is fuggered.. startin to get alot of clutch hop.. no it isnt just the flywheel..

so im up for a new clutch, the one in it at the moment is heavy duty...

i want to stay along the heavy duty line.. what brands and what costs am i up for..

i've got an RPM/PBR heavy duty, think I paid $180 for it... special price, not sure what they normally cost although u can get vary degrees, haven't had it slip yet

there is allready a thread on clutches, it was started yesterday or something, a couple of threads down. :P

I think mine is a PBR heavy duty clutch it has a yellow presure plate, lol. It feels fairly light and grips pretty well, though I havn't really tested it out yet. Dunno what they're worth. The purple ones look sik.

$300 sound like a top price Kerry.

My mate saved me about $90, then fitted it at Ford for me for free.

i think the current one i have has a yellow pressure plate.. i know it is heavy duty.. hasnt slipped yet, but im starting to get a hell of a lot of clutch hop and the cable adjustment is all the way in...

it is very worn out..

see how i go..
