Default Bluehoon's Bash Up The Putty

As the title suggests - end of year cruise up the putty.

Sunday 14th December
9am
Mc Grahs Hill Mc Donalds
McGrahs Hill.

Up to Singleton and back, this is an end of year run and should be a good one.

Cheers

Just because I have being quiet around here, don't go thinking I haven't being up to no good either.
I just finished rebuilding the suspension on my N/A....

Is Ruger coming?

This run is sounding better and better every time I hear about it.

I went for a cruise with the Euro Frod blokes on the weekend, and they said it was a great trip through there, so all the more reason, I say, for a route recon prior to the weekend (God I am bored...). :

That, and I need to give the new brakes a good run in, just to see how they go :

Hang on, who is trying to justify what to who...?

All,

It is with sadness that we are / should pull the pin on this cruise.
As in I won't be there and highly recommend no one else do the run on this day either.
I have some information on hand that we are to expect a police blitz along the road, given the time of year and all.
I was informed of this yesturday and had it confirmed today. Over the next two weekends there will be a strong presence on common roads for enthusiasts.

It's unfortunate but the risk isn't worth it.

I will reschedule for later in January 2009, and wish you all a safe and merry xmas.

Cheers

Ah well, you get that. Thanks for the heads up. Bit of a disappointment but lets not draw the crabs when it can be helped.

oh i read this last night and was looking forward to checking all the cars out at maccas with a couple of mates, cause i live down the road. (but i wasn't going on the cruise) its a shame but goodwork bluehoon for organising then making the big decision and letting everyone know about possible complications.

So close to Christmas was always going to be an interesting proposition. Maybe just meet up somewhere for a chinwag and a few mcmuffins/krispy kremes?
