whats the wire to connect to tacho signal? is there one around the fusebox? or diagnostics connector?? cheers

Pink and blue wire on the diagnostic connector carries a tacho feed.

yeah i pulled up the carpet.. had a look at it, and said to myself... "now how the ***** am i supposed to find pin 45?" lol but, thanks to your advice, while i was looking at the ecu, i found ANOTHER pink & blue wire, tested, and worked!!
