Question XR50 Front Bar Question

I really want the XR50 Front bar but i have been told by a few ppl that they don't fit correctly and you gotta spend extra money so that it can be put on properly? Is that mainly cauz its carbon fibre or just a dodgy make?
Cheers!

I have one of these fronts, and fit is perfect. I think it depends. SOmetimes you will get a bad batch.

all cars are different. thats why we have tolerances.

some bars will fit perfectly first time, others will require a bit of playing around to get it to fit perfectly. thats the nature of the beast.

So a few people have told you they don't fit well, yet there are at least 20 or so cars on AFF with the XR50 bar, and all of whom are extremely pleased with the product. I would ignore the few you have talked to, and go with the evidence.

My rear bar was a perfect fit, but the front bar and bonnet needed alot of playing around with and the bonnets still not right, getting no response back from AWC about it either.

I'm guessing alot of those with XR's fitting this kit will have no problem at all, and those like myself fitting this kit to a non XR could have a few problems with it am I correct?

Thanks Brent. I'm pleased with how far the car has come since i first got it. I still have a lot to do. But for now I think it's ok. Lowering is next on the cards for me.

Tuggers is a great area. Would be better if I didn't work in Belconnen :
