Default Private Vehicle Leasing

Hey everyone,

I don't know if you all know about 'Drive my Car' http://www.drivemycar.net.au/default.asp its basically where you and I can list our cars and people lease them off us or visa versa

So my partner and I are looking at doing it for ourselfs getting a vehicle off someone there and leasing it - because we we're working it out and it's cheaper than loan, rego, insurance etc.

So 2 questions.......

1. Best place to sell our current cars? Carsales? Trading Post? Ebay?

2. Does anyone know of any other of these 'private leasing' sites?

Cheers

Dont know much about drive my car, however i have recently sold both my car and motorbike.

I initially put my car on ebay and found that it didnt get much traction, 45 looks in over 3 days. This kinda suited me though, as you have to pay 2.5% (i think) in fees to paypal if you recieve payment through them.

I then put it on carsales, it had 500 looks on the first day and was sold within 24 hours. I had about 4 people ring to talk about it, with the first person to ring also commiting to the purchase.

Then the bike went on car sales at about 3 O'clock ib the arvo, and it was sold by 9pm that night.

Personally i cant recomend the car/bike sales network enough, i would definately go through them.

Well that definitely sounds like a winner to me because thats where I cruise through ads when I am bored but I wasn't sure if it was the best place.

Thanks
