Whats the best browser to use?

Hi guys,
I currently use Google chrome as my browser. My question is, what is the best web browser to use in terms of security?
Ive heard mixed reviews with google chrome, I like it because its quick and easy to use.
What browser to you guys use and what are the pros and cons?
I know some are quicker, some are more secure.

Im leaning towards using firefox as I know its secure, but Ive heard opera is good to.

What do you think?

Don't go opening that can of worms!

IE = least secure or most vulnerable due to most virus'/malware targeted at it due to large market share.
Firefox = Good
Opera = Good
Safari = Good
Chrome = Good

It's all really what you prefer. Each browser will have it's own little quirks and so forth. Just go by personal preference.
You could install them all if you wanted to and then use the one you like most and uninstall the others afterwards.

i like firefox because it was the only thing that stopped bonzi buddy interupting my forum readings or casual chats on MSN with the lads

Ditched IE years ago.

Have used Firefox with no problems.

Just changed to Safari earlier this year - so far I like it best.

used firefox for many years...

but chrome is so easy to use I've changed to that.

Chrome for me, only issue is that you cancel downloads when you close the browser.

general all day every purpose browsing, FireFox end of story...add in the Add Pop Up Blocker and you will never have to worry about adverts again either.

I use Firefox. It's fantastic but it has afew bugs with Facebook. Ie not being able to see some random photo's and notifications stuffing up.

Have used Firefox for a few years now and love it.
as someone said before pop up blocker is great and there are also different add on's you can get that are nice and handy.

Plenty of add-ons, and updates (including updates for add-ons) happen fairly painlessly.

I hadn't heard of Bonzi Buddy in years.....

Wasn't it some purple gorilla that popped up and added his 2c every now and again(stretching the memory bank here). I do remember it was a spyware rort though.

I have found random compatability problems with Firefox. (eg, links not showing up on some OS sites, last week a drop down box wasn't visible on the MBF site with FF, but was there with IE)

My mainbrowser is FF, but have IE as a back up.

Some day when I have some free time, I'll fool around with the others that have been mentioned here.

I switched to firefox after internet explorer was eating 100% of my cpu usage i could not fix it so for just got rid of it firefox has been just as good if not better seems faster.
