Default LV MkII Steering wheel controls illumination?

Hi Guys,

Can any one with a LV MkII tell me if the cruise controls on the steering wheel are illuminated as the dealer says not and that seems a little odd as everything else is lit up.

Thanks

Mark

I have one of the last of the LV's build date Feb 2011 and it doesn't have illuminated steering controls either :( It's not a big deal but it would be handy at night on the freeways

Poor money saving oversight... Almost as bad as the lack of rear illumination in the cabin.

Yeah, as said above, LT doesnt either.

Wonder how hard it would be to put some surface mount LEDs in there?

I've been toying with putting my BT controls for the phone in on of the silver covers on the steering wheel spokes. Maybe I'll have a gander when I do that.
