Default Built a Burnout car, now where to test

my brother is almost finished his XP project
it was built for burnouts and cruising places like summernats
its got a 587hp destroked 363w, and its fully caged so its will never be registered
no expense spared on the drivetrain and safety but the body is fresh off the farm

we are just wondering how people test these cars, test brakes, cooling, and so-on
its not like you can drive it around the block

he is thinking about entering a wednesday night WSID event and driving it around the pits, staging and a few slow runs and if all is good a crack at burnouts, that should be fine for testing cooling, oil leaks, brakes and make sure the auto and diff are working fine.

does anyone have any private roads/burnout pads in NSW that we can borrow?

Mick Brasher has a burnout pad at his place - is known as the unofficial Godfather of the burnout scene, have a go contacting him.

Man I would just give contacting them a crack, got nothing to lose but some much to gain especially talking to people doing it etc.

You should have told him you’re going to ring the Police to just test your new road safety initiative.

true and had I had said VB stubby in my hand (or 1/2 a house brick) I probably would have, a ****ed off yeti is not a man to be messed with.

And it fair gripes me gizzard to see these tossers using the intersections around my area as their own personal burnout pad, yes its a rural area, but theres kids and people on the roads all the time, and while I love a sweet sounding engine working hard I don't like it on the street where they can take out innocent kids.

its been matt cleared but they didn't scuff it so not sure how low it will last
the rust repairs were colour matched so they are not obvious too
car only cost $200 then about $2500 for rust repairs and thats it
the drivetrain is where the money is

thats the thing and while I dont condone it on public roads, the meat heads in question here only needed to turn left instead of right and the same distance from their place to mine and they would have found them selfs in an area that is surrounded by nothing but crown land and while its a through road the chances of interrupting any one that wasn't either doing what they are doing or if its after dark swapping spit and rubbing tummys are slim to none

The other reason I don't want this **** happening out the front of my place is, my neighbor's know I do loud cars, they know my friends drive big loud obnoxious cars but we get on well even though they are horse people and hobey farmers, because neither my friends or I drive like an idiot as we come and go from my place, I don't want them thinking these loosers are friends of mine
