Default Changing brake pads on a modern(ish) car - Kia Sorrento

Need some advice on changing brake pads on a modern(ish) car. Its my folk's 2014 Kia Sorrento, which has DSC and the foot parking brakes.

Is it the same procedure as changing pads on a standard 2004 falcon? Anything extra I should be aware of, with those extra features, before I start pulling everything apart?

Done. Exactly the same as a falc, for the fronts anyway.

Wish there was a function to correct thread title misspelling!
