Default Painting Silhouette

Just wondering if anyone has done a touchup on Silhouette before. Im wondering about the clearcoat side of things - I know I have to clearcoat over the colour to bring out the metallic finish in it, but Im trying to work out if I'll need to re-clear the whole panel. I'm touching up the lugs were the tonneau hooks were on the tub and the plan is to re-paint the part at the top that is indented if that helps.

Well I scrapped my rear door last week...only minor...but it's gonna cost around $1,700 as they reckon they gotta paint virtually half the side of the car to get a perfect match....very annoyed
