Default running like a dog.....

Driving to work this morning noticed my car was considerably less powerfull down low and when actually giving it abit of a squirt it took forever to get to about 3300rpm and then just refused to go any further. It doesn't sound like its running properly either sounds alot deeper but not in a good way. I'm think maybe one of the sensors is shot causing it to run very rich or lean, but as you can see ive obviously got no idea really. Last night it was running sweet. Problem only appeared this morning. Any Ideas?

I'd start by checking your plugs, leads, dizzy cap and rotor button...

Was fully serviced 1500km ago with new plugs, leads, air & petrol filter e.t.c. Its far from a neglected car. Dropped it off at mechanic yesterday my guess is one of the sensors causing to it run very rich or lean. I should add it's not missing or pinging, running as smooth as it ever did just no power which leads me to think its a fuel problem and not a ignition problem. I'll let you all know how it goes.
