I've got a problem with my EB, and it's hard to explain. When I'm driving along almost all the time the car will hold a speed of about 70km/h with my foot off the accelerator. I brake and come to a stop but the engine continues to rev for a few seconds, then slows down to idle. It will idle fine then when I touch the accelerator just a bit it will accelerate up to 70km/h on a flat road and continue along. Can someone tell me what the problem might be? Accelerator Cable? TPS? ISC?

any or all maybe
check that the throttle body can be moved freely by hand the other two swap out and see if it fixes it i guess.
