Hi all,
I have noticed that a few other people have asked whats best for their car so i think I may do the same. I know my car is a XH 5.0L but it has EF/EL running gear so I figured this would be the best place to post. The car has done 155000klms and everything seems fine. I have had the cooling system flushed a couple of times still some sediment in there but no leaks and the coolant keeps its colour. In terms of products to use, I was thinking of using Castrol Formula R 25-50 for oil. Is this fine? Are there any special areas I should pay attention to? cheers

You said you had sediment in the cooling system. Did you want to try a filtration device in your radiator hose??
Have you done anything to your suspension??

filtration sounds like a good idea. It's fairly clean at the moment, but you never know what you can pull out. Suspension - Basically XR spec with EL XR 16" rims. Corners nicely, really stiff around corners, could use a swaybar on the rear and maybe a bigger one up front.
