Does the Euroford club qualify as a small ford car club?

Cause I'd be interested in bringing the Focus if eligible. I'll have the new head and cams in by then

ive seen those heads in the ford racing catalog..are they expensive ?

Really good value IMO . (But I did buy it when the aussie dollar was 96c to the US$1!!!)

US$1079 including springs (uprated) and valves (exhaust larger) all assembled. Only things it doesn't include are tappets, cams, and cam seals.
