Default 2 devices into AUX, possible?

Hi,
I posted this in Audio Tech and thought you guys might already have a solution, here goes.
I currently have the REX3 DVD system installed into the Terri that uses the AUX input into the Premium sound. I also have just bought an MP3 player that I would like to use in the car as well.
Is there a switching unit available to allow me to have both units connected and just be able to switch between the two?
I also have a handsfree phone kit installed which uses the power plug that the boosted AUX cable also uses. This would obviously need to have 2 outputs as well, to enable easy operation of both.

Cheers,
Matty

I usually choose what I think is the easy path so I would get a mini plug double adaptor and just plug in both, when one is on, turn the other off. The other choice is some switching device, talk to Jaycar or similar, they'll have something.

We currently do not have a product to switch between the 2. I agree with what FPV329 is saying. You have to find where the input is and tap this off.

yes you can do it with a small switch or powered relay circut. I am working on this without noise. Sorry to hijack this thread.

So two inputs into one audio source. As in say IPOD or screen then into the ICC

This can be easily done but there just isn't the demand. If we receive enough feedback in regards to customers wanting such an item we will take it further.

Cheers

If you add up how many vehicles have premium sound + how many peoples have mp3 players in 2007 then minus the extortionate price of just ipod cable from ford dealer (even $50+ on ebay) there is market waiting
"if you build it, they will come"
