Default Colour-coded door pillars

I'm thinking about getting my car colour-coded (side mouldings and mirror covers). Just wondering if anyone has their door pillars done. I would love to see some pics, especially in white but anything to give me an idea of what it would look like. I've found 1 on aufalcon.com.
Thanks for your help.

i recently saw this done on a ba xr6 (in toxic) and it looked horrid. they had coded the mirrors from factory, but the owners then did the mirror sails, mudspats and window surrounds. looked really bad with the tinted windows.

maybe get someone to photoshop it for ya?

looing at those pics, DONT do it.

it breaks up the flow of the lines, and just makes it look a bit awkward.

i dont mind the chrome exterior handles though. but there is just a bit too much on that car for my liking.

each to their own though.

Don't forget about the clear repeaters!

I think the colour-coded door pillars look pretty good, just makes the au's shape seem a bit... Squashed? Might just be the pic(s) of that other car.

i did one with and without colour coded b-pillars, AND clear indicators.

coloured b pillars look ok. but just that. maybe a bit too e-series i dunno. stick on some dark tint, and the black b-pillars will look good.

I agree! Go with the rest though (colour coded mirror covers, door moulds and clear indicators), looks much better.

It does look a little E-Series... they can get away with it, as their cars already look E-Series :P Tint, colour coded mirrors and the clear indicator makes it look alot sportier...

That's an old pic, it's got the clear repeaters now. It looks like I will just be colour-coding mirrors and moulding. Tint's never bothered me much, I'd prefer to spend the money elsewhere ie. exhaust.
Thanks for the chop HLC.

how hard are the pillars to change? because I may try it and if I don't like it, change it back. I may have to go to a wreakers and get a price.

LOL I was wondering why 'butterfly' came blaring out of my pc speakers when I went to check that guys car out.

Falzoony dont do it, it totally wrecks the flow of the car. I had color coded b pillars on my ED and EF and for some reason it just looked alright.

You cant get away with it on an AU tho.

My car needs a bit of a spruce up, and was thinking of colour coding the mirrors - covers and base, b pillars and having the side indicators, head light protectors and tail lights tinted body colour. Might also get silver tint.
