Default help with new bushes.

How do I install new superpro bushes in my lower control arms? theres 3 pieces per side but I cant work lout how they go. can someone help? Do I need to keep the steel shell from the old bushes?

Did the new bushes come with new crush tubes? I'm not sure about fitting but on a x series falcon a press is the way to go. Make sure you use the high temp polyurethane grease.

Yeah I got new crush tubes. I'lll think these are a bit different from X-series ones. These are for AU and there is 3 pieces of poly and a crush tube. I'm guessing that the cog bit goes in the middle then the other 2 bits are held in place by the crush tube.

I got these off another forum member, but I got qouted for nolathane ones from pedders for $315 just for lower control arm to suit AU
