Does anyone buy a newspaper anymore ? I get most of my news off the net. Haven't bought a paper in 18 months. Bought the Courier Mail last weekend and for $2.00 dollars all I got was news that I had already read and it was chockas full of adds. Will the daily newspaper go down the path of , say , The Personal Trading Post which is only online now ?

No, the newspaper in paper form will not die any time soon.
I still buy the paper when im on day shifts and on Sunday for the TV guide. Call me old school, but id rather read the paper than look at it online - as do millions of others. |

Both. Parents buy the Newspaper on weekdays and it's delivered on the weekend. I like reading the paper actually, good reading.

Dont buy the paper anymore, all the same stuff as I read on the net, and all the TV programs are on the electronic guide which is more accurate than the printed version.

I love to read the newspaper, especially when eating lunch. Using your mobile phone, or a mouse on a computer is difficult when I'm trying to use my hands to eat!
I don't buy it, and probably wouldn't, but my work has a few of each Herald Sun and The Age every day.
