Three things that will survive the Apocalypse(s).
My old AU has travelled maybe 10 miles in the last decade. It has sat in it's current spot for around 19 months. Popped the bonnet, connected the battery, added the little LiPo jumper. She coughed once, then caught, and was purring like a Kitten. Took her for a spin round the block, and that BTR is still smoother than a baby's behind.

Had the same experience with my AU that was sitting for about 2 years from the last owner.
That David Johns video is hilarious hey. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4dYWhkSbTU You can actually buy EMI bags or an ammo can even off ebay that you can put your spare AU ECU and BCM and steering lock and instrument cluster into. No reason why it won't survive a nuke then with a sensor replacement here or there. https://www.amazon.com.au/Fabric-EMI...9&sr=8-2-fkmr1 https://www.amazon.com.au/Shielding-...9&sr=8-1-fkmr1 https://www.amazon.com.au/TitanRF-Fa...8878139&sr=8-1 But even I don't think foreign powers would do that. Find a chicken coop to store it in over the next 20 years, could be a tidy little earner
