Default AU Speaker/Sub/Amp Setup

I am just wondering, as I am about to get a custom setup installed into my AU, what speaker sub and amp setup have people gone in their AU's? I'm more concerned about size and location, as from reading other threads it seems it may be a little hard to fit the most common sized aftermarket speakers etc. I have 2 x 3 or 4 inch(whatever they are) to go in the doors, then 2 x 6x9's to go in the parcel shelf, then I want a sub and amp also. I wouldn't mind putting the sub in the factory cutout, but do I need to cut a hole in the parcel shelf cover also to suit, or can I just leave the sub stealthed underneath? Also I know the cutouts for the parcel shelf speakers are smaller than 6x9's, so should I just get a spacer or something to fit them above the shelf, or would mounting them underneath compromise on sound quality? Cause that would be a good option...

Cheers.

Mounting the 6 x 9's underneath is easy enough that's how mine are in and it definitely doesn't effect the sound quality. As for the doors you'll find you can fit 6 1/2's in there without too much trouble, i didn't even have to cut anything out to make the fit. The sub, i have mine mounted in a box attached to the rear shelf but a mate has used the factory hole and just left it stealth and it seems to have no effect on the sound. As for the amp mine in mounted under the passenger seat but it's all personal choice really. :
