Nutritious? Nutella provides: (per 2 tablespoons)

200 Calories (100 Calories from fat)
11g fat (3.5g of which are saturated)
21 grams of sugar
3g protein

2 tablespoons of Nutella is nutritionally equivalent to having a chocolate bar

WOW. I didn't know they made them that big. I wonder if they make that size at the Ferrero factory in Lithgow too? All the other sized jars come from there.

I just found a site of a place in Sydney that has them. I don't know if they deal with the public, but it's on their site as a product they stock.

Why would you want a 5kg jar? It would take too long to eat and it will get the dry crusty bits around the edge.

Just buy 10 500g jars.

Vegemite is sold in a range of sizes up to 910 gram (2 pound) jars, and in bulk in giant tins which must contain about 5 kg of the stuff. from Vegemite Site
So, 5kg Nutella and 5kg Vegemite!!!!!

I eat it straight out of the jar but i have it frozen. It has to be frozen otherwise i will not have it. At the least this way i have much much less and still get the taste. I find if i eat it straight i have way too much and feel crook.

We used to buy 5kg tins (yes, tins) of vegemite in the late 80's from Campbells Cash and Carry.
Dont know if you can still get them though.

Biggest i can find locally is 2.5kg tubs which i have bought a few of over the years (sent to the U.S mainly).
Funnily enough, it cost twice as much to send Vegemite as it does to buy it.
