Default Web Design Question

For those that design websites, what programs do you use to make all your images ?

I use my free version that someone BOUGHT me... of photoshop, and dreamweaver... great for web design I think... well, for html websites and php and whatever.. sometimes notepad is great for it... I tried it like two years ago, havn't touched it since.. but it was extremely easy to learn.. havn't done any webdesign for a long time now...

Paint Shop pro for images, Eclipse (open source java IDE) for source code and Javascript/HTML. My website uses the Maverick MVC framework with Velocity templates and a mySQL backend. No off-the-shelf php for me...
