I think this way it will be a better run event. I didnt go last year because of who was running it.

Spoke to Russell on Saturday about this event, he said due to the amount of emails and phone calls they received they thought it was important enough to make it go ahead.....Street Fords and a few of our site sponsors have got behind this.
If your racing best to get a pre paid entry form in.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the support, I'm really trying to encourage Street cars for this event, if we get enough whe'll split into two brackets, where open for suggestions? I think this event will be huge. Much Thanks to all our sponsors and Street Fords for offering to sponsor all the prize money.
See you on the 9th.
PS. A Professional DVD will also be made of this event. So if you wanna be a movie star in a car - Pre enter. Entry forms will be available shortly.
Cheers
Joanne

I think Heathcote in Victoria is the best location for Drags and this event. I had a ball last Sunday, Test N Tune day, and hope to be back shortly!! People working down there friendly and helpful!!

It's good to see that someone has recognised an opportunity and seized it. The decision by the former promoter to make other arrangements would seem to be a reflection of the current poor decision making process.

If they are thinking of an I6 catagory then yes, I agree. Between E deries cars (that havent all jumped ship to LPG) and a few good AU's we should be able to make a decent field up.
