Default Very quick thermostat question

Hi guys
Thermostat sticks and drives the temp up to the red zone when warming up.... Then runs ok the rest of the time.
Might need a new thermostat.
So in my hands I have two brand new thermostats. One is rated at 91 degrees c, 195 F, the other is rated at 82c and 180f...
Which one would be better? Should I go the lower temp?
Car runs 90% of the time on LPG by the way. EA multipoint 3.9

Cheers
Luke

That's what I thought... Just checking in case there was some strange reason why it should run at a higher temp. Cheers mate

I just figured if I use a lower viscosity oil, like 10W or 15W, then it'd be better at a lower operating temperature.
