The scary experience thread

Anyways, here is where we can share our scary 'experiences' with each other. Mine happened today while I was at school:

I was doing the usual, get to school at 8:15AM, put my bag in my locker, then start listening to music and walk around the school waiting for mates to get there, so I go from my locker, down to the basketball courts which is maybe 200 meters or so, and I'm about to go via some classrooms, through the new buildings and then back to my locker which is my little exercise circuit, but something caught the corner of my eye, so I look up from the ground which is usually where I'm looking when I walk, stop and about 5 meters away from me is a kangaroo staring at me, I'm like holy crap! and it was dead still looking at me, I start walking backwards slowly so it doesn't come after me then nearly break out into a run up to near the canteen, I notice a friend is coming down near the gym about 10 minutes after and I call him over and take him down there, the kangaroo is still there looking at us again, then it hops off away near the neighbourhood buildings. Then some other kids saw it.

I nearly crapped my pants. I've got an eye witness to back up my accounts too
