Default EL Wobble

Hi guys,

My EL fairmont has a wobble(feels like an unbalanced tire). The thing is it only seems to do it whle turning, if you are going dead straight it is not a problem, only when make a turn (ie driving on a twisty freeway). Could this be ball joints or the steering rack.. seems wierd. I have got it booked in for a full balance next week but wanted to know if you guys had encountered it before.
