Default UHF CB Channel Information

Important information for the casual CB user while on a forum cruise.
Dont accidentally allow yourself to cop a fine.

In very very extreme cases are any of these laws enforced.
I know this from geing a very frequent user of UHF simplex and repeter channels.
But these are the laws.

If only everyone would adhere to these rules. Channel 40, for example, at any given time between 6AM and 8PM is absolute garbage here in Melbourne! And I am sure anyone here that has heard a sample can definitely agree.

The ACMA should really be enforcing these regulations as the people that really want to use the channel for their actual purposes are unable.

I have to agree with you I've been down there and it's worse than Sydney.
The ACMA does nothing.
