Default Tattslotto ticket expiry?

Off the back of the Uni student that won 11 Million over in WA when she checked her ticket 2 months before it expired, is there such an expiry date on tickets in Victoria?

I was always under the impression that if you, by some chance, had a 10 year old winning ticket, or whatever, you could still claim it.

Thanks for that link. That's interesting. Until this thread, I've never even thought about whether or not lottery tickets had an expiry date. I see SA and WA don't muck about - 1 year! You sure do learn something new everyday.
